The FASCAR Thunder Cup Series
actually started back in 2006 when I ran a 19 race preview of what we have came to know as the FASCAR Thunder Cup Series today. There was 8 Drivers that raced in this preview and we also ran the Chase to the Thunder Cup with 4 Drivers. At this time Austin E. was 4 years old and I told him if he won the Chase that I would get a Trophy made up for him and sure s**t if Austin didn't do just that he won the Chase and I got a Trophy made up for him. So, that is where the Trophy idea came from.

The 2007 FASCAR Thunder Cup Series
official made it's debut on Sunday, Feb 18th 2007 with 27 Drivers at the Daytona Int'l Speedway. Michael Williams Sr. made FTCS history that day when he became the 1st FTCS Driver to win a race and became the 1st Daytona 500 winner.

Randy Dorris, Wendal Ebach, Robert Batz, Karen Smith, Mitch Zukowski, Philip Hamm, Austin E., Ed Cheech, Robert Preston & Bruce Radke.
At Season End
we had seen 28 drivers that raced and 18 different winners. Randy Dorris had a season high 5 wins, Karen Smith & Wendal Ebach had a season high 12 top 5's, Karen Smith had a season high 24 top 10's, Randy Dorris wins the 2007 FTCS Championship over Wendal Ebach by 23 points, Randy Dorris wins the 2007 FTCS Rookie of the Year Championship over Wendal Ebach by 2 points and Wendal Ebach wins the 2007 Owners Points Championship with 25,972 points.
The 2008 FASCAR Thunder Cup Series Season
officially kicked off it's 2nd Season on Sunday, Feb 17th 2008 with 42 Drivers at the Daytona Int'l Speedway. Bruce Stevens became the 2nd Driver to win the Daytona 500 Trophy. The 2008 FTCS Season brought us a few changes and they where the 1st FASCAR Shootout race which was won by Philip Hamm. Then after the Chase to the Thunder Cup drivers where set the drivers from 11th to 20th made it into the 1st Chase to the Dash Championship which was was won by Carol Siddens.

we had seen 51 drivers that raced and 25 different winners, Matthew Bowen, Richard Staley and Mitch Zukowski had a season high 3 wins, Kevin Vincavage had a season high 11 top 5's, Kevin Vincavage & Randy Dorris had a season high 14 top 10's, Jason Pruett wins the 2008 FTCS Championship over Ken Wolfe by 9 points, Carol Siddens wins the 2008 FTCS Dash Championship over Linda Schmaltz by 57 points, Jay Smogolski wins the 2008 FTCS Rookie of the Year Championship over Ken Wolfe by 1 points and Jason Pruett wins the 2008 Owners Points Championship with 25,893 points.
The 2009 FASCAR Thunder Cup Series Season
will officially kicked off it's 3rd Season on Sunday, Feb 15th 2009 with 43 Drivers at the Daytona Int'l Speedway. The 2009 FTCS Season will bring us a few changes which are the Top 12 Drivers will be the Chase to the Thunder Cup. The Chase to the Dash Championship will be set from 13th to 35th and you will have to stay in the Top 25 to keep your primary sponsor.
